Harmon Environmental, PA

Since the mid-1980's, Harmon Environmental, PA personnel have been involved and managed multiple projects regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).  Our projects include the development and implementation of Closure and Post-Closure Plans, development and implementation of soil and groundwater assessment plans, development and implementation of remedial action plans, and negotiation with the regulatory authorities. 

Our projects include the management and oversight of a groundwater remediation system designed to recover and treat 60,000 gallons per day of groundwater contaminated with volatile organic compounds (VOCs).  The development and oversight of the construction of groundwater remediation system to recover and treat approximately 20,000 gallons of contaminated groundwater per day and the excavation and appropriate disposal of piping and underground tanks which formerly contained lead at concentrations exceeding the hazardous waste threshold.
