Typically spills resulting from automobile accidents, truck and trailer accidents and industrial site incidences, have been contained by others at the time of the accident.  While these releases are contained, generally, the clean-up, disposal, and reporting requirements have not been addressed.  Harmon Environmental, PA routinely responds to these contained spills and completes the initial abatement activities.  Harmon Environmental, PA personnel have responded to diesel releases, gasoline releases, solvent releases, cutting oil releases and mercury releases.

Harmon Environmental, PA has been retained by several municipal agencies and local industries to respond to releases and remediate contaminated soil, water and absorbent materials remaining at the site following the initial actions conducted by the first responders.  Included in these services, Harmon Environmental, PA evaluates the sites and advises the responsible party of potential regulatory notification requirements and interfaces with the regulatory agencies when desired.
