Harmon Environmental, PA personnel have been involved with underground storage tank (UST) projects since the mid 1980's.  The services we have provided include removal of the UST, assessment of the soil and/or groundwater conditions and regulatory reporting.  With such a long history of both commercial and non-commercial UST experience, Harmon Environmental, PA is routinely retained to assist clients with complex or unusual projects.  We have effectively closed UST projects utilizing numerous forms of remediation including excavation, vapor extraction, soil and groundwater sparging and natural attenuation.  Further, on behalf of our clients, we routinely prepare and submit UST Trust Fund Reimbursement documentation requesting pre-approval and reimbursement from the State.
